I speak on behalf of the lads when I say it has been a really good course and have enjoyed every single minute of it and it’s something I am looking forward to doing upon my release and in the future.

Having been something I have wanted to do for a long time I now feel being in custody I have completed something really positive and used my time well. If there was anything I was unsure of Kieron made it clear to understand and really helped me and the lads through it all. I would not have been able to do it without him. I want to say a massive thank you to Kieron and to you all at RMF.

Cohort 4
HMP Hewell Grange

RMF have done a lot for me. They’ve put me through the rail training course and dumper, loader and others. Without them I probably wouldn’t be where I am now, working.

RMF have helped me to get my level 2 engineering qualification alongside my PTS. I’d like to get more qualifications through RMF so I can progress and become more of an asset to the company.

Sarah at RMF helped me tremendously, after passing the PTS course but being refused the PTS card on medical grounds. Sarah appealed the decision and worked on risk assessments to support my appeal which was then successful. I am now working for RMF and planning to do more courses.

RMF have supported me quite a lot coming up to my release. They put me on a comprehensive course where I got my NVQ Level 2 in Railway Engineering and various other tickets, PTS card and CSCS card and that’s continued since release.

RMF have helped me a lot really, they’ve got me a job, got me trained, got me through certain tickets and PTS. RMF put me through digger and 360 which has made me more employable after release.
